Scania had started various initiatives across multiple business areas but lacked a strong supporting strategy and roadmap. All the projects were delivering tangible benefits in silo but needed business alignment.
Technology being implemented as part of these initiatives lacked guiding principles and structure, which caused projects not able to fully realise their maximum potential benefits and efficiencies to the workforce.

We collaborated with each member of the executive team to understand their immediate and long-term requirements and goals. For more details go to our case study.
