The Challenge
Scania had started various initiatives across multiple business areas but lacked a strong supporting strategy and roadmap. All the projects were delivering tangible benefits in silo but needed business alignment.
Technology being implemented as part of these initiatives lacked guiding principles and structure, which caused projects not able to fully realise their maximum potential benefits and efficiencies to the workforce.
How we helped
ACS worked with the CFO and MD to understand the corporate vision and business capabilities that Scania Great Britain would need to succeed in their Digital Transformation journey.
We collaborated with each member of the executive team to understand their immediate and long-term requirements and goals.
We provided Scania with solutions the key areas of:
1) IT Strategy and Roadmap
2) IT Governance
3) Project Management & Project Delivery

ACS enabled Scania GB to improve efficiencies, achieve collaboration and increased connectivity.
